If anyone is looking for this in custom playbook, it’s listed as TIGHT DOUBLES
I found a fairly effective play in this formation (Singleback Tight Doubles). I thought I would share.
Play: Slot Corner
1. Hot Route: Circle/B receiver to slant
2. Hot Route: Square/X receiver to streak
3. Motion: HB to the right
I find it best to set hot routes first…then motion the HB. Snap the ball as soon as the HB is set to try and catch the defense off guard and before they can make adjustments.
1st read is the Circle/B receiver.
2nd read is the HB
3rd read is the TE on the drag.
Single back tight double formation is in my custom playbook but does not appear in practice or head to head mode. Please help
