Madden 17 Release Date
EA Sports has confirmed that Madden 17 will be released on Tuesday, August 23rd, 2016. EA Access subscribers will get to play early as usual.

Madden 17 Defense Improvements
While the new tools on offense make you a better, more creative ball carrier, the New Defensive AI System is built on up to date NFL Strategies – such as Gap Play, Force Defenders and improved Zone Coverages. It’s time to force your opponents to stop being so one dimensional.
New Gap Play AI brings a new level of NFL authenticity and strategy to your defensive teammates. Each of your teammates has a gap assignment on run defense that puts them in position to better defend the run. Force defenders protect the outside of the field, pushing the ball carrier back inside allowing cut back defenders to make the big play. Finally Zone Coverage has been completely overhauled, with the addition of 8 new zone concepts never before seen in Madden.
Defenders have more awareness of threats to each zone and can pattern match receivers, creating defensive counters to stop virtually every passing concept. It’s our most realistic AI to date and it’s across the entire field.
Madden 17 Special Teams Improvements
Special Teams, the 3rd phase of football, is where big games are often won and lost. For the first time years we’re bringing the excitement back to special teams. A New Kick Meter is designed to increase the challenge of the kicking game like we see in today’s NFL.

1) More Legends.
2) Include a Legends a Badge exchange where a person can exchange an elite badge and a gold badge for a Legends Badge.
3) The ability to create custom uniforms for Ultimate Team where you can download your own logos and designs.
4) Create a Stadium in Ultimate Team. You could include the ability to buy parts of the stadium that can be customized.
5) stop having 5 different versions of the same player or legend. Have more players and legends instead.

I would like to see a myPlayer mode with detailed things like interviews, agents, training, thing almost like the MyPlayer on NBA 2k.
Create a team needs to be brought back, having a bank for word mark so you can type you team name and some better logos also.These logos include alligators,arrowheads,badgers,bandits,bears,buffalo,bison,blue jays,bobcats,broncos,bulldogs,cardinals,colts/horseshoes,cougars,devils,dragons,eagle,falcons,hogs,hornets,huskies,indians,knights,lightni-ng,lions,mustangs,paws,sharks,snakes,tigers,stars,tornadoes,trojans/spartans,and wolves.This long list of logos is to ensure that the user doesn’t easily run out of ideas for the create a team.

Contact restructuring, both player friendly and organizational friendly
Draft stock and a dynamic draft board (mock draft) that reflects team need and draft position
Draft rights trades after a pick is selected

Improve DB play. Strengths and weaknesses mean nothing in the secondary. Highly rated DBS get beat by average WRS.
Blown coverages for players with low awareness
DBS should play inside and outside when told. Playing one or the other should take away the position desired and have a negative effect of wrong. DBS with higher coverage should recover quicker from negative effects
Online when players run the same plays or routes excessively the A.I. should automatically adjust. On running plays LBS should fill holes and on passing plays DBS should jump routes. Base it on play recognition. Defenses with LBS and Safeties with high awarenas should tip the play to the rest of the defense
Playing on higher skill levels should increase decision making, not talent.
Realistic tuning upon release of the game.
Call intention grounding on A.I. QBS
Call Pass Interference on players strafing and rubbing after 5 yards.
Dime and Quarters formations shouldn’t consistently stop running plays, unless Defensive Line plays a 3-4 or utilizes all 300+ pounders.
Weather affects passes, routes, coverage, ect. Not random falling, like in the shotgun with no drop back a qb falls retrieving the snap. There should be a footwork rating and players who tend to slip or make mistakes in bad weather should suffer.
1. Create/Edit Draft Classes. Or be able to import created players into draft classes
2. More coaches/staff in franchise mode
3. Combine or some type of pro day workout during offseason for both player mode and owner/coach mode
4. Maybe have the option to add backstory to draft prospects like college stats etc (if possible)
5. More detailed scouting not just the top 3 skills
6. More offseason activities like training camp etc.
7. Please add player match-ups again (Ex: #1 CB vs #1 WR)
8. Create a Team would be cool too if possible
